We are looking for an Email Developer to join our growing team and support the execution of high-impact email campaigns for our client. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience with email marketing tools, understands how to build and test email templates, and can collaborate closely with internal teams to launch timely and effective campaigns. You will work on building new email campaigns, modifying existing ones, performing QA, managing audiences, and ensuring flawless execution. We are looking for someone with  solid foundation in email operations. 

Workplace: Remote from anywhere in Canada or the US, working PST office hours

Responsibilities: 

• Build responsive and well-tested email templates based on provided designs and briefs 
• Modify and maintain existing templates and campaign workflows 
• Conduct thorough QA of emails across devices, clients, and audience segments 
• Collaborate with CRM, creative, and marketing teams to ensure campaign accuracy and timely launches 
• Work within SimonData and Taxi for Email (training provided) 
• Manage audience segmentation and campaign logic for triggered emails 
• Ensure email compliance with legal standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)  

Must Have Skills:

• Over 5 years’ experience building and executing email campaigns in any major ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Manager, Klaviyo, Marketo, etc.) 
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email and responsive design 
• Knowledge of email QA tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) 
• Comfortable working with dynamic content and segmentation 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines 
• Experience with or open to learning new tools such as SimonData and Taxi 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AMPscript, MJML, or personalization logic in other platforms 
• Experience with SimonData/Taxi
• Experience with lifecycle and triggered email campaigns 
• Background in audience management and CRM data structures
