Senior Power BI Dashboard Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Power BI Dashboard Engineer to join our team in Argentina.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI
• Optimize report performance and ensure data quality
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, etc.)
• Implement best practices in data visualization and governance
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to improve data access and utilization
• Present key insights to business users and US-based clients

Workplace: Remote, Latin America

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing dashboards with Power BI
• Advanced English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently with global teams)
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience integrating data from diverse sources (SQL Server, APIs, flat files, etc.)
• Understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance
• Analytical skills to translate business requirements into BI solutions
• Experience working in agile and collaborative environments

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with Azure, Python, R, Tableau, etc.

• Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
