Database Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Database Developer.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience with optimizing and troubleshooting SQL queries, indexes, execution plans, joins, and overall database performance
• Ability to participate in and contribute to code management in GitHub including
• Actively collaborating in peer-reviews, feature branches, and resolving conflicts and commits
• Ability to train and mentor application developers on best database practices
• Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices, Kafka and NoSQL databases would be nice to have
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory (ADF), is preferred
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is a plus
