Position Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Latin America.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary Salesforce business liaison for intake of enhancement requests from sales and business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable Jira user stories with well defined acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize the Salesforce enhancement backlog in collaboration with business and technology partners
  • Partner closely with Salesforce developers to clarify requirements and validate implementation intent
  • Perform hands on functional testing of user stories across managed sandbox environments
  • Validate acceptance criteria prior to promotion across sandbox tiers and into production
  • Coordinate closely with developers to ensure smooth movement of changes through the release path
  • Raise risks, gaps, or inconsistencies when requirements or outcomes do not align with business expectations
  • Maintain lightweight documentation to support knowledge continuity and auditability
  • Support day to day operational flow of Salesforce enhancements to keep demand moving efficiently

 

Workplace: Remote role, preferably in Argentina but open to other Latin American locations

 

 

Must Have Skills:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant role
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a business driven environment
  • Hands on experience creating and managing Jira user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience testing Salesforce enhancements across multiple sandbox environments
  • Ability to work effectively with developers to clarify requirements and validate outcomes
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to identify issues and raise flags early
  • Clear communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting transportation, wealth, asset management, or sales driven organizations
  • Experience working in environments with incremental Salesforce enhancements (page layouts, picklists, minor automation)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management and sandbox promotion models
  • Salesforce Admin, Salescloud or other certificiations
  • Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal documentation and direct hand holding
  • Comfort operating in environments without dedicated QA support
