We are seeking a Delivery Manager who will serve as a critical leader within our Salesforce practice, acting as both a hands-on delivery owner and a trusted client-facing partner. This role is a unique blend of delivery leadership and relationship management, requiring someone who can drive execution while also building strong, lasting relationships.
This individual will play a highly visible role as one of the primary faces to one of our largest Salesforce customers, representing the organization with credibility and professionalism. As one of our key European-based team members, this person will also support regional alignment and collaboration across distributed teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce fluency, thrives in agile delivery environments, and has a proven ability to balance execution with stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships within an organization, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes
- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met following best practices and meeting client business needs
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (including actuarial and innovation teams), Salesforce delivery teams, and Bridgenext & client leadership
- Partner with technical teams to ensure successful Salesforce solution design, delivery, and adoption, maintaining accountability for overall platform outcomes
- Provide Salesforce thought partnership to clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into effective Salesforce-driven solutions
- Coordinate delivery across onshore and nearshore/offshore teams, managing dependencies and risks
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and delivery best practices to drive efficiency and consistency across accounts
- Financial Oversight: Track budgets, ensure profitability targets, and manage scope changes effectively
- Lead the establishment, governance, and ongoing management of a Center of Excellence (CoE) spanning multiple business units within a large enterprise, driving standardization, best practices, and cross-functional alignment
- Represent the organization as part of the European presence, collaborating across global teams and time zones
- Oversee delivery planning and sprint execution, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment to business goals
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement in agile practices and delivery effectiveness
Workplace: Working remotely from location within commutable distance to office Madrid OR Barcelona, Spain
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong Salesforce platform understanding, delivery lifecycle, and stakeholder conversations, with the ability to confidently engage in both business and delivery conversations related to the platform
- Experience leading or supporting Salesforce implementations or programs, with an understanding of core clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) and delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to act as a client-facing leader, building relationships and managing senior stakeholders
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Experience working with distributed, nearshore/offshore teams
- Strong backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration
- Experience working with Enterprise customers
