Position Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and relationship-driven Delivery Director to lead and expand one of Bridgenext’s most important client partnerships within the financial services and insurance industry. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on shaping our long-term presence within a complex, multi-business-unit enterprise account. 

 

The Delivery Director will serve as Bridgenext’s on-the-ground leader for the account — building executive relationships, shaping transformation roadmaps, and identifying new opportunities across Salesforce modernization, enterprise data products, AI and GenAI platforms, and digital application initiatives. The role blends consultative leadership, executive presence, and delivery oversight to ensure our programs consistently deliver business outcomes and unlock further opportunities for partnership growth. 

 

This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology transformation, and trusted-advisor client engagement. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Account Leadership
    • Serve as the senior Bridgenext leader aligned to a strategic enterprise account within financial services / insurance
    • Build trusted-advisor relationships with technology, business, architecture, operations, risk, and transformation executives
    • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with the client’s enterprise priorities and modernization roadmap
    • Identify and shape new opportunities across Salesforce modernization, AI-enabled business solutions, enterprise data and analytics platforms, digital applications, and cloud / integration initiatives 
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Proactively identify whitespace opportunities across existing and adjacent business units 
    • Lead consultative discussions around digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption roadmaps
    • Partner with sales, delivery, and capability teams to shape proposals, SOWs, and multi-workstream transformation programs
    • Support creation of strategic account plans, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth targets
    • Drive expansion opportunities within ongoing programs and managed services engagements
  • Executive Stakeholder Management
    • Operate effectively with executive leadership, steering committees, and enterprise architects
    • Facilitate governance forums, transformation reviews, and strategic planning sessions
    • Provide leadership escalation support and executive-level communication across business and technology stakeholders
    • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
  • Delivery Oversight
    • Provide strategic oversight across active programs without engaging in day-to-day execution
    • Ensure programs align to business outcomes, governance standards, and delivery expectations
    • Support risk management, prioritization, staffing strategy, and escalation management
    • Collaborate with delivery managers and program leaders to maintain execution excellence 
  • Innovation & Advisory
    • Bring industry perspective across financial services, insurance, AI, data, and digital transformation trends
    • Help clients define modernization roadmaps and operating models
    • Introduce reusable frameworks, accelerators, and strategic solution patterns from across the Bridgenext portfolio 

 

Workplace:  Toronto, ON preferred (client-facing). Open to candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area able to be on site multiple days per week.

 

 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, enterprise delivery, or strategic account management
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large enterprise accounts within financial services or insurance
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic client relationships and expanding portfolios across multiple service lines
  • Hands-on experience across one or more of: Salesforce ecosystem, Enterprise Data & Analytics, AI / GenAI platforms, Digital Applications, Cloud modernization
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs 
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating across business, delivery, and sales functions 
  • Strong technical background in digital technologies, data analytics, engineering, cloud, and digital transformation
  • Expertise in modern delivery methodologies — Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean — and product operating models 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous challenges 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Canadian financial institutions or insurance clients
  • Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, and regulated delivery environments
  • Familiarity with managed team and product-operating-model engagements
  • Exposure to AI / GenAI delivery, audit and risk platforms, and enterprise data product strategy
  • Salesforce, Data, or Cloud certifications preferred

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Bridgenext provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as described above. The current salary range for this position is $150,000- $170,000 CAD annually. Our comprehensive total rewards program goes way beyond a competitive salary.
