Full Stack Engineer - React + .NET

This position requires the ability to act as a Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer. We are seeking a talented and energetic individual with a strong work ethic, a natural problem‑solver with good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and a passion for hands‑on software development.

In this role, the candidate will primarily be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality full‑stack solutions using .NET and React. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Technical Leads to understand requirements, contribute to technical designs, and implement scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end‑to‑end development ownership, high‑quality coding, and collaboration within Agile teams.

The candidate will be hands‑on in developing backend services using .NET and Microservices, as well as frontend development using the React framework. The role also provides exposure to Azure cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing and developing backend services using .NET and Microservices
• Frontend design and development using the ReactJS framework
• Writing clean, maintainable, efficient, and well‑tested code
• Participating actively in code reviews and incorporating feedback
• Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements
• Contributing to technical design discussions and implementation approaches
• Engaging in the full software development lifecycle including development, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Ensuring application performance, security, and scalability best practices
• Collaborating effectively within Agile/Scrum teams
• Staying current with software engineering trends, tools, and best practices
• Maintaining a high bar for quality through unit testing and attention to detail
• Continuously improving development practices, code quality, and team collaboration

Core Technology Stack:  C#.NET, Microservices, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, SQL Server

Workplace:  Hybrid, Dallas.  This is a full‑time position with benefits.

Must Have Skills:

• 6–8 years of total work experience
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience developing applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core, React frontend applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing applications using ReactJS, Hooks, Context API, Redux/Flux
• Solid experience across the software lifecycle—development, debugging, performance, security, and deployment
• Strong experience in Web Development and Web Design
• Hands‑on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, Rest APIs
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent relational database systems
• Strong experience of implementing complex SQL queries
• Good understanding of Single‑Page Applications (SPA) and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Cloud services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vaults, Storage, etc.
• Experience in building reusable frontend components or shared UI libraries
• Exposure to UX design tools or basic wireframing for collaboration with designers
• Experience with advanced CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, Semantic UI, Material UI, SASS
• Experience with SonarQube or similar code‑quality analysis tools
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker
