Position Description

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Bridgenext’s CEO by managing strategic operations, projects, and communications, while providing data-driven insights to inform business and financial decisions. The position focuses on optimizing efficiency by overseeing operational processes, tracking key metrics, and driving performance through hands-on project management and execution of strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, you will help translate strategy into execution, ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams, and deliver high-quality analytical support. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and organized, with exceptional Excel skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while keeping priorities on track

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring follow-through on key priorities
  • Analyzing business and financial data to generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
  • Providing financial insights, interpreting financial reports, assisting with budgeting, reporting, and evaluating financial impacts of strategic initiatives
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and board materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Streamlining and overseeing business operations and improving workflows for efficiency and productivity
  • Tracking performance metrics, projects, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Managing day-to-day operations for the CEO, including scheduling, expense management, and travel coordination
  • Facilitating communication and alignment across departments and leadership teams
  • Anticipating challenges, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining organizational momentum in a fast-paced environment. 

Workplace: Philadelphia (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

 

 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or business operations role
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables, and complex analysis)
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience providing financial reporting and insights to guide business performance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
  • Experience supporting executives in managing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Ability to act as a connector and communication hub across teams to align stakeholders with executive goals
