Position Description

The Corporate Operations Analyst supports the CEOand CPOwithday-to-day operational execution, cross functional coordination, and follow through on strategic priorities. This role requires strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will conduct data analysis, interpret financial reports, and generate clear, structured insights that help inform decisions and support execution across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and execution oriented, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.  

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the CEO, CPO and executive leadership in analytical projects, planning efforts, leadership reporting and operational initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly tracked and driven to completion 
  • Oversee core administrative processes, including executive expense reporting andcoordination of office operations, inventory, and events 
  • Assist with data analysis for board and leadership meetings, translating information into clear insights, visualizations, andexecutive level PowerPoint presentations  
  • Preparehigh-quality reports, presentations, and leadership materials to support internal alignment and external communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism .
  • Track performance metrics, projects and key deliverables toensure timely execution
  • Collaborate across departments and teams to anticipate challenges and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

 

Workplace: Conshohocken (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

 

 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in an analytical or business operations role  
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables, and complex analysis) with the ability to organize,analyze, and present information clearly.   
  • Understanding of budgeting, planning, and performance tracking as tools to support operationaldecision-making  
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives.  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail while moving quickly.  
  • Strong ability to act as a connector across teams, ensuring information flows effectively and priorities remain aligned.
