As Vice President, Sales, you will be an individual contributor responsible for winning and growing primarily new, high-quality logos across a variety of offerings. At management discretion, you may also be responsible for growing existing Bridgenext accounts. You will work directly with the customers and internal teams, bringing ideas and innovations to customer relationships. You will be running the deals and will be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. You will be a key member of the revenue organization, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build and execute business development account and territory plans to prospect, engage, position, and win new logo opportunities in the defined territory/segment for named and new logos
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market campaigns around key offerings to assigned territory/segment prospects
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic account plans alongside client partners, to achieve client outcomes and Bridgenext’s revenue, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Focus on identifying, qualifying, developing, shaping, and closing large and complex deals, involving multiple solutions, geographies, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new logo clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for digital services that align with their business objectives. Digital Services examples include Discovery, Strategy, Roadmap, Design and Implementation of Salesforce, AI, Data and Analytics and Digital Engineering etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs and ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Craft and deliver winning proposals and presentations that demonstrate differentiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to draft and negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial client partnerships
- Collaborate with Bridgenext partners on new opportunities and bring the best partner technologies to clients
- Actively contribute to revenue forecasting, resource/staffing forecasting and annual budgeting process. Maintain Salesforce hygiene and progress opportunities at least once a week
- Travel for client visits, events and industry conferences will be required. International travel may sometimes be required to host clients at Bridgenext corporate facilities
Workplace: Remote (work from home) with the requirement to travel as needed. Ideally you are based in or around San Francisco, CA.
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales and business development roles, leading and closing multimillion $ deals, preferably in the domains of Salesforce, AI, Data and Analytics and Digital
- Previous experience selling to Salesforce as a direct client is a significant advantage for the candidate. A deep understanding of Salesforce, AI, Data and Analytics and Digital Engineering selling motions is also expected
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue and market share in a global environment
- Strong leadership, written and oral communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industr
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within and outside the United states is required
