We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a technical team working on integration solutions, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture in Azure.  

The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who promotes Agile best practices, facilitates collaboration, and ensures consistent delivery of business value.  This role will partner closely with development, integration, and cloud engineering teams as well as business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support and coach the development team in adopting Agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear, well-organized, and prioritized product backlog
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that could affect team delivery
• Promote transparent communication among cross-functional teams (API developers, integration engineers, Azure specialists, QA, product teams, etc.)
• Ensure smooth coordination within an environment that includes Azure cloud services, APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration workflows
• Encourage incremental delivery, quality-focused practices, and measurable outcomes
• Use Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools to track progress, team metrics, and sprint deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration with other teams involved in integration, deployment, and solution delivery 

Workplace:   This is a full-time role working remotely from Argentina (preferably) or other location based in Latin America.  Those in San Juan, Argentina will be able to also enjoy working from the office.

Must Have Skills:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach working with software development teams
• Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks in technical environments involving integrations, APIs, microservices, or cloud solutions
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• Excellent facilitation and servant leadership skills
• Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills
