Position Description

We are looking for an experience and energetic professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager / Senior Project Analyst.

 

 

Must Have Skills:

 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst supporting technical projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Experience with developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, and project baselines
  • Experience with facilitating cross-discipline collaboration among IT team members – developers, QA testers, etc.
  • Experience preparing and presenting project status reports, metrics, and technical briefings to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and articulate scope, risk, cost, and performance parameters

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience with JIRA tools – JIRA Projects, JIRA Product Discovery, Fresh Services Ticketing system, cxml punchout
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or ScrumMaster related Certification

  • Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Strong communications skills including the ability to facilitate meetings, prepare concise documentation, write business cases, prepare presentations, formal verbal and written communications, the authority to communicate professionally, effectively and sensitively with a wide range of senior management, user and IT personnel
  • Innovate to develop and provide insight to operations on process improvements internally
  • Positive influence to achieve high level of results among the teams for practice growth
  • Ability to make decisions and weigh risks and level of importance
  • Organized – proven ability to set priorities and manage for the unexpected
  • Management skills to provide coaching, supervision and staffing recommendations
  • Collaborative and consultative work style
