As a Salesforce Data 360 Leader, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Data 360 initiatives, which involves unifying customer data to power personalized experiences. You will be a consultative leader working with our top clients to demonstrate how Data 360 can solve key business challenges, create new growth opportunities, and work effectively complementing their other data products. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of the data architecture, data models, and standards for various Data projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud
- Designing data ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, segmentation, and activation flows
- Defining data models, entity relationships, and data mapping strategies across multiple systems
- Establishing governance, data lineage, and metadata management frameworks within Salesforce Data Cloud
- Integration & Implementation
- Designing and overseeing data pipelines integrating Salesforce Data 360 with enterprise data lakes, APIs, and real-time streaming platforms
- Collaborating with integration teams using MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica, or AWS Glue for data movement
- Implementing and optimizing identity resolution rules, data transformations, and calculated insights
- Advisory & Strategy
- Partnering with business teams to identify use cases for personalization, insights, and automation
- Defining data governance, privacy, and consent frameworks aligning with compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Advising on platform scalability, performance tuning, and cost optimization strategies
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Leading technical discussions and providing architectural guidance to developers and administrators
- Collaborating with Salesforce Customer Success and Partner teams to align roadmap and capabilities
- Creating architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and best practice playbooks

Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce architecture roles
- Proven experience implementing or architecting Salesforce Data 360 (Cloud/CDP/Genie) solutions
- Experience advising customers on where Data Cloud is the optimal solution, how it integrates with existing products, and crafting a strategy for implementation and usage
- Experience cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships with customers by proactively addressing their needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Deep understanding of:
- Data modeling, identity resolution, and unification
- ETL/ELT pipelines, API integration, and event streaming
- Salesforce ecosystem: Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics
- Experience with data management, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Strong grasp of Salesforce data architecture and Security Model (OAuth, Shield, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL, JSON, data mapping, and transformation logic
- Experience with AI/ML data activation use cases (Einstein, Tableau CRM, or external models)
- Experience integrating with either Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with real-time analytics and customer journey orchestration tools
- A strong ability to troubleshoot issues and solve business problems using the Salesforce platform and Data 360

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer
