Position Description

Bridgenext is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of a multi-year AI transformation program for a leading Asset Management client. This role is pivotal in advancing a unified, data-driven investment platform, enabling scalable growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home; remote not available)

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Executive Messaging & Coordination:
    • Develop and update program messaging for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate communications and presentations for senior stakeholders, including board-level updates and success stories.
    • Prepare high-impact slides and talking points for leadership meetings and external presentations.
  • Program & Project Governance:
    • Support project governance processes, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and risk management.
    • Ensure programs are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget, with clear documentation and accountability.
    • Monitor progress across initiatives, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Budget & Finance Management:
    • Manage program budgets, track spend, and support financial reporting and forecasting.
    • Partner with finance teams to ensure transparency and adherence to financial controls.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Build alignment across technical, business, and investment teams to synchronize efforts and deliver value.
    • Facilitate collaboration between product, IT, and investment teams to support unified platform delivery.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Technical Implementation:
    • Leverage software engineering and technology expertise to guide technical implementation of AI-driven solutions.
    • Support integration of automation, real-time analytics, and workflow tools into investment processes.
  • Change Enablement:
    • Develop and maintain documentation and communication patterns to support ongoing change and adoption.
    • Promote best practices for technical and regulatory solution maintenance. 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of technical program management experience in large-scale, complex environments.
  • Strong project management skills; proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Planview, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for large programs.
  • Track record of delivering complex IT solutions in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Growth mindset; open to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial services or asset management environments.
  • Prior involvement in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
