As Sales Director, you will be responsible for winning and growing new logos across a variety of digital offerings. You will work directly with the customers, client partners and internal teams, bringing ideas and innovation to customer relationships. You will be running the deals and will be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. You will sell a wide portfolio of Digital, Cloud, Data, and Salesforce offerings to clients. You will be a key member of the revenue organization, contributing to the overall growth of the company. You may mentor and lead a business development team based on your quota achievement.
Workplace: Remote (work from home) with willingness and ability to travel as required. Ideally located on the West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Building and executing business development plans to prospect, engage, position, and win new logo opportunities in the defined territory/segment for named and unnamed new logos.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to campaign around key service offerings to assigned territory/segment prospects.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining strategic account plans alongside client partners, to achieve both client outcomes and achieve Bridgenext’s revenue, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identifying, qualifying, developing, shaping, and closing large and complex deals, involving multiple solutions, geographies, and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new logo clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for digital services that align with their business objectives. Digital Services examples include Discovery, Strategy, Roadmap, Design and Implementation of Cloud, Digital Platforms, Data and AI, Customer Experience, Infrastructure and Digital Engineering services etc.
- Collaborating with internal teams to respond to RFPs and ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with client partners to expand the new logo accounts by solving client problems using digital services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to draft and negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial client partnerships.
- Collaborating with partners on new opportunities and bring the best of partner technologies to clients
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Crafting and delivering winning proposals and presentations that demonstrate differentiation
- Actively contributing to revenue forecasting, resource/staffing forecasting and annual budgeting process. Maintaining salesforce hygiene and progressing opportunities at least once a week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related
- field.
- Proven experience in business development roles, leading and closing multimillion $ deals, preferably in the domains of Cloud, Digital, Data and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of Data and Analytics, Digital Engineering and preferably Salesforce Financial Services - Go-to-Market Sales Teams and Selling Motions
- Ability to articulate Salesforce products and adjacent solutions effectively, selling into Salesforce (as a client), understanding of co-selling/co-marketing with Salesforce, and having strong relationships within Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue and market share in a global environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry.
